I see a Canadian bookshop has this title on sale for $888.00 US Dollars plus $3.99 shipping! Presumably, they managed to run off a printed edition from the Kindle version. But now everyone can buy the printed version of this book for only $17.50 or less. If I remember correctly, the beautifully printed Lulu edition is available for around the $12.50 mark.
