This was a ccokbook that I wrote when I lost 125lbs. I took all the recipes that I had been cooking with and made them low fat or fat free.
the book was never published. I did the typing and made the illustrations and sold over 100 copies of it to friends and interested people.
This cookbook contained recipes for meats, vegetables, desserts, sauces, breads and miscellaneous items. These recipes were my own resipes that I have used for cooking before I lost all the weight. there were numerous people that bought the book and used it to cook with and lost weight with the book. It has never been published. I did all the recipes and the illlustrations and the cov er myself.
