The years of youth are a memory.
So quickly those footprints fade.
The future lays a path for me.
Which one, my chosen destiny?
Trail To Destiny
By Carra Copelin
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified PurchaseI love this story. Originally drawn to this book because of email communication with the author and a desire to help her sales, I bought it and found myself completely enthralled.
Ms. Clifton uses her vast knowledge of the West to enhance every sentence in Trail To Destiny. She takes us along on a wagon train where we encounter the everyday demands placed on people completely unfamiliar with their experience, Indians, both hostile and friendly, and budding romances both familiar and assumed forbidden. She brings us to reunions we both expect and fervently hope for.
If you like your western historicals full of adventure and romance, you will not be disappointed. Cheri Kay Clifton has quickly become one of my favorite authors.
I couldn't put this book down. Passion, pain, excitement, energy...you had me hooked all the way to the end. The story left me asking for more. Do all of us a favor and give your readers more very soon.
A true fan, Rosie
Sometimes when I read I simply plow through a book and it leaves me with a ho-hum feeling. However, Cheri Clifton masterfully wove a beautiful, compelling story in her novel, Trail To Destiny. The story has it all. Five stars and two thumbs up! How about a sequel?
