Book 2-- Little Matchmakers series.
Gypsy Gaynor doesn't want to take the assignment of being photographed in a red bikini and a mink cape on a desert beach, but there's no one else available. When the helicopter that put her on the beach for the photo session crashes, she'd was stuck. Luckily a little boy finds her and take her home to his artist father who wants only to be left alone--by Gypsy and his son
Lance hates that his son acts afraid of him. He's wanted this month alone with Kevin to try to find out what's wrong, but Kevin is uncooperative and surly--until he brings home a woman who looks almost exactly like Lance's ex-wife, and whom, for reasons only Kevin understands, insists on believing she is his mother.
As the month progresses, Gypsy finds herself enjoying the enforced vacation, enjoying Kevin's company, and not having to worry about her weight, her complexion, her emotionally distant fiance. Indeed, the time away gives her an opportunity to reassess her life. Lance Saunders may be taciturn and moody, but more and more she sees the warmth and tendeness, the sadness within him, and longs to bring peace to his gifted artist and his adorable little son.
Will love be enough to heal the damage life has done to this wonderful man and his child, or will she just have to leave them to sort out their own problems?
