Every patient they help is an adventure as well as a benefit - will their good luck hold? Will Blanche find Aaron? Will Martin be able to continue his medical career? Martn and Aaron escape from a care facility and arrive at Aaron's friend Leona's door with the announcement, "We're running away from home together, Leona. The Old Folks Home!" They begin helping the patients where Leona does volunteer work. This turns out to be so satisfying they toss out all rules except Martin's oath and the ten commandments. Aaron schemes to outwit Blanche and Martin plots revenge against the conglomerate between adventures.
