How can someone carry on after losing everything and everyone that means the most to you? The survivors of the war with the Rnites face just that challenge on a new planet far from home.
'Grorth's Acceptance' is the continuing story of Grorth and his crew after the war against the Rnites. These former soldiers have found a new home, only to face new challenges and threats such as the last of their old foe, the Renites, and their own demands on their planet. They must now fight a whole new war and it is a war no one had counted on fighting.
Excerpt
After chasing the lone ship for a short while, the Rnites decided they weren’t worth their time to worry about and left them to their fate and out in space to die, thus ending the war for all time, and headed back toward their own little bit of space.
What the Rnites didn’t count on, however, was the resourcefulness of this one little ship and its crew.
The lone survivors, twenty years after escaping the Rnites, are living on an inhabited planet in a quadrant not far from their home planets and in much similar surroundings. They have bonded with its citizens and have even become members of some families.
