The Saga continues with this hot follow up to Draw!!

The streets have their way of crowing the next Kingpin. Combine the history of the hood, and status is delegated accordingly. But it takes a cold heart, a ruthless make up, and there can be no room for love. How far will loyalty carry? Or is it even necessary? Serious' rise to power ended with his arrest and five years in the penitentiary. It was there where he found out it was all a lie. Now he wants the truth and he will stop at nothing to get it. Now a father, a successful club owner, and an exile from a dangerous underworld, Serious only option is to walk away from everything he'd built, to hand it over to his comrade and original partner, Tipsy. But Tip wants more than serious is willing to give. And when the stakes are high, betrayal is always written in blood. And the deeper it gets the more evident is the truth that loyalty and love play no part in the streets. All that's left is vengeance, and the players in this arena are certified killers. And in the end it all comes down to the first to Draw will be the last to stand. Draw 2 is a gritty pathway into the Yonkers underworld on levels where kingpins and Drug Lords roam and claim the streets by all means necessary. Where the same blood-shed that bonds is what justifies. Where you find out that your enemies and your friends are one in the same. A thrilling conclusion to the illest cinematic street epic.

He sat back and watched the sparkling clear waters bubble
as it rolled in waves over the white sand. The clear sky was a vivid
blue, with a high sun arcing toward its center. At the far end of the
beach a gate separated him from fisherman who pulled their canoes
down the beach, their tackle and other equipment hung from their
shoulders as they set out to fish. A sound system emanated a stonelove
song in the distance. Under the shade of a tree, he sat
peacefully, at least in appearance, listening to the swishing of the
constant current of waves in its sequential roll before spreading
over the shore. This part of the island was out of view to most
natives, and unknown by all tourists. It was a nook within the
tropical confines of the West Indies. Jamaica, Shanshi Beach. Very
beautiful, very secluded. Perfect for a man who doesn’t want to be
The island paradise was originally owned by a predecessor
who had long ago held reign. Who had, in a sense, been the very
reason he himself, had made it so far in such a vicious game. A
man whom he owed so much to. Family. It is the reason behind
most of it.
He spun his tumbler shaped frosted glass, swirling the
scotch which was now a tad bit watered. The effects of the
cocktail, his third thus far, was what set off his reverie. He eyed his
surroundings within the desolate beach. The tropical birds soared
high in the sky, and the leaves of the almond trees stirred in the
light warm breeze. His hand reached over atop the folding
portable table, and he fingered the Rugor .9mm, which he never
stepped foot from the building without. Not that he could be found
this far from his own town. Not that his pursuers would even have the time but it helped him sleep at night, helped him through his
days. Long days which he waited and remembered….

Draw Part 2
HOT FOLLOW UP!!, March 8, 2011 Draw Part 2 (Paperback)
Draw 2 is a very well written book. It has all the makings of a good movie. From the first page to the last I couldn't put this book down. I found myself so caught up in the action that at the end I was in my feelings on how things went for my boy Pharaoh. Can't wait for Part 3 to come out. I highly recommend this book to readers that love urban fiction
