"Well...the world isn't going to like it. But! It's all scripture and all truth. I could find nothing wrong with "Today, Jesus Said." ~~Reverend Wendell L. Springer, Wisconsin

What did Jesus look like? He was born when? Who are the whore and harlot daughters. Are these earth's last days? Is Jesus about to return? What is Father's will? Does the Bible answer these questions and more? It does!

God reveals graphic descriptions of earth's end days: horrifying natural elements, man anti-man, sinful acts against Ishi by Jew and Gentile. Christ's story lends vivid detail of His return: how the day and hour will look, what occurs in the wake of His sweep across our skies.

Many readers clain it's too graphic for comfort, yet the settings are God's Bible giving such detail so sinners in fear might become obedient before too late. The difference in this book is the use of words easy to understand yet identical by definition, all combined in a common structure with all scripture references footnoted.

Excerpt

I grew and strengthened in spirit, filled with wisdom and the grace of God. But people were shocked by my appearance. I am black and my face so marred, more than any afflicted man, and my small stature was equally flawed, deformed. I was not shapely or handsome. In fact, there was no outward beauty to encourage anyone to follow after me when my ministry as Christ began.

It was written that I would be despised and rejected, known as a man of sorrows and well acquainted with grief. Many people will cringe and turn away from my looks. I will be spurned and disrespected by multitudes. But, I will bear their griefs and carry their woes; yet many will believe me cursed, punished by God with terrible deformities. Still, I will die for mankind's violations, bearing the punishment for their sins so those chosen might have peace with my Father through me. And my stripes delivered by a cat-0-nine tails [a whip] will heal their spirits of wickedness.

Today, Jesus Said
By Robin Bayne, Maryland; author of "Cougar Lake" and "Honor Bound," www.robinbayne.com 24 December 2002, submitted to Buzzle eZine, Word Thunder, Authors Den, Amazon, B&N, various Christian eZines. Rating: 5-Stars

Have you ever wished that you could meet Jesus face-to-face and hear his story directly from Him? Well, this book is probably as close as you will get to that in this world. Ms. Quesinberry, using the first person narrative voice, speaks to the reader as Jesus might. Starting with the creation of the world, Jesus paraphrases the books of the Bible in a contemporary, easy to follow manner. He details his birth, life and death, and how it all ties together with God's plan for Earth from beginning to end. From Genesis through Revelation within 135 pages with all scripture references provided.

Ms. Quesinberry urges readers to forget everything taught them from corporate Christendom's global pulpits: rather, she encourages them to study their Bibles for themselves, including instructions on how and why: all with scripture. This book is very well-written and encouraging, and would make a great companion for Bible study. I highly recommend it.

Your book is fabulous. I can see where it must have taken you years of study and research to complete. Hope that it is doing well for you.~~ Bertie Cole, California reader

Today, Jesus Said
"Today, Jesus Said" is THERE. I mean, right in your face THERE! It's so hard hitting that I can read only one chapter at a time. It's fantastic and all scripture as we talk today.~~ Josephine DeHarrold, Washington reader

Reader Reviews for "Today, Jesus Said"

Reviewed by Bonita Quesinberry 3/21/2003
Page 16, paragraph 3 of "Today, Jesus Said", reads: "God sent an angel to Joseph, warning him to take us to Egypt and to stay until Herod died. He passed away in about 6AD when I [Jesus] was near nine years old." Another author kindly wrote that this might be construed as saying Joseph died when Christ "was near 9 years old." Readers, please note: This paragraph is talking about king Herod's death, which prompted Joseph to return his family to Nazareth. Since "Herod" is the last word in the first sentence and "He died" begins the next, I fail to understand how anyone could assume it was Joseph who died. Nevertheless, I pray this missive clarifies any misunderstandings.

I read "Today, Jesus Said" then gave it to my Wisconsin pastor, Wendell Springer, for his opinion. He later said, "Well...the world isn't going to like it. But! It's all scripture and all truth. I could find nothing wrong with it." So, as for me, I highly recommend "Today, Jesus Said."
