The year is 2024. We have evolved into a nation our ancestors would have despised. We have succeeded in separating church from state and mind from heart. A new strain of AIDS has been discovered, for which there is no hope for a cure. The entire world's population becomes frantic and demands drastic steps be taken to eradicate the disease. The President of the United States instigates the spiral into madness when he hands down a mandate that all those infected be removed from society and remain in exile until their death. A small group of people that call themselves People Against Colonization, or PAC, go underground to help the patients evade capture. In the end it is proven that there is a battle line. On one side are the US government and the millions that want the mandate enforced; on the other side are PAC, its supporters, and the patients dying to be free. Neither side is giving in or giving up.
