Amazing Stories - Read This Book of Miraculous Real Life Stories by Margaret Ottley-Okubo
First and foremost, this wonderful book of hope, inspiration, and survival, Every Day Miracles, really has a lot to offer regarding life and the trials one may encounter while dealing with life on a daily basis.
Some of the chapters and stories stand out more than others. Chapter 15, which is entitled "The Beggar," gives some vivid examples regarding the rendering of assistance to others and its long-term impact. This chapter touches on the art of helping others who are less fortunate, and how one receives internal peace and blessings in return. Margaret was residing in Kenya during the time of this event where she worked as a nurse and lived with her husband; however, the stories are divided between Africa and America. The story about the Beggar has a lot to offer about life itself.
Next, Chapter 26, which is entitled "Not Without My Children," will keep you on the edge of your seat. The suspense is really dynamic and urges one to continue reading without stopping. She really relays her life experiences in this book, and how others have impacted her life in the process. Without the help of her friends, others who believed her plea for help, and Divine Intervention, she would not have been able to write this chapter the way it's written. This chapter is a display of faith, determination, and belief that as long as there is life, there is hope, and there is a way to make it possible with God's help. God really loves children and prepares a way for them to come before His presence.
Third, these stories will really touch your heart. Don't ever believe that angels don't exist, because they are here for the protection of God's people. There are times when the unexpected will take place in our favor.
Chapter 17 articulates such an event. Angels are disguise without our knowledge. However, when they touch the soul and offer help, we are to be aware of what is taking place, and how God works His miraculous plans for each person.
Next, Maragret starts each chapter with wonderful words of wisdom for the soul. The words are spiritually uplifting and stimulating. They bring a sense of joy to the mind before getting into the chapters. This is an excellent book to read, and the life stories are very intriguing, stimulating, relaxing, and revealing. However, the beginning words bring peace while reading.
Finally, these stories will touch the heart of the reader and I just love them! Her second book entitled On the Wings of Time will be a treat to read also. You may visit her and read more about her books www.marge-angels.com.

Review by Sharon Weimer, August 23, 2007 . Author/Poet
If you are looking for cause to believe in a higher power, I strongly recommend Everyday Miracles. Truly inspirational, I found myself marveling at events in the author's life that touched my heart and soul deeply. Some stories surprising, some frightening, and some even amusing. Each one a different reason to be astounded. An intriguing book you will not be able to put down
