The narrative becomes progressively darker as the rejected lover’s supernatural revenge, brought about by a mysterious young woman who bears an uncanny physical resemblance to her older predecessor drags the selfish and insensitive man down through insanity and towards the horror of a lonely death. An exploration of several occult themes.
