The Standing Stones are calling to the people of the Earth to leave while there is still time. But only people in tune with the Earth can hear the calling and these people are grouping together and leaving the Earth. This calling is spliting up families, frends and love ones. The people who are being called will not talk about the calling, only to say that they must leave.
Gill the eldest of three sisters has lost both her sons to the calling of the stones. The story joins her as she is left all alone after her husband leaves the house. In desperation she calls her two sisters and they start on their quest to find out what has happened to the family.
The two sisters Alex a travel writer and Lizzy an artist have two totally different personalities and after a search find The House of Stones miles from anywhere. This house is were the most powerful beings in the universe live and can communicate with the Earth, these Elders ans Ancients are immortals and have come back with vengeance because the Earth is in pain, all because of man and his destruction of the Earth.These all powerful beings can move by thought both inside and outside the universe.
Sitting outside in their car Alex and Lizzy unaware of what they are letting themselves in for are wondering how to get inside the house.

"Look!" shouted one of four young guys that had just pulled up next to her with music on full,and a bass pounding so hard you could hardly think let alone speak.
"It's that crazy woman! Hey there lady! What you got under that lid?"
Lizzy put on her shades and pouted with her deep red lipstick.
"A tiger honey, a red hot tiger!"
And roared away from the lights.
