Professional snowboarder Vince Evans "The God of Snow" has met his match in publicist Morgan Price. Snow has never been so hot!
He never followed the rules. Vince Evans, professional snowboarder, is a black-haired, green-eyed charmer no woman can tame and no man can match on the slopes. Followed by a flurry of bad publicity and a trail of ex-managers, his Olympic dreams teeter on the brink unless he can orchestrate a career turnaround. And fast.
Her rules were unbendable. After a year-long hiatus, public relations extraordinaire Morgan Price is ready to resume her high-profile job resurrecting musicians fallen from grace. A bad-boy athlete is not the type of client she expects—or wants. But then she sees a side of the “God of Snow” no one has seen before, a side she just might break all the rules of business for.
"Your balance is a bit off." He turned her around and stood behind her. "You're putting too much weight on your toes." Pulling her back by her shoulders, he leaned her against him. He lowered his lips close to her ear and whispered. "This is how you should do it."
She shivered at his touch, enjoying the sensation pouring through her body as he pulled her feet up onto his and stepped with her. His hands squeezed her arms gently, sensually, with every step they took until they stopped behind the building. He moved his lips down to her earlobe, nuzzling lightly. His warm breath on her neck made her skin rise. She closed her eyes and swallowed hard.
"I think I got it," she finally said as she managed to break free from his grasp and quickly move away with a nervous laugh. "Thanks for the lesson."
He gave her an apprehensive glance. "Why are you running away from me?"
"I'm not running away."
Bonnie Petros Coffee Time Romance
"1080 Kiss is anything but chilly. Morgan and Vince are very realistic characters with problems and pain in their pasts. The story is smooth and refreshing with dialogue that is smart and snappy. The emotions throughout the story are raw and vivid bringing the reader closer to the characters. Ms. Steed's first novel is very well done."
Kimberly Adkins Author of The Medallion of Solaus
"Angela Steed has crafted a shining gem of a contemporary romance novel with characters so believable they could have stepped off the pages at any moment and joined me for a cup of coffee."
Brenda Talley The Romance Studio
"I loved this book! I have never read Ms. Angela Steed before, but I will definitely look for her work. This contemporary romance was sensual, but not erotic. It was set in beautiful settings, which were wonderfully pictured for us. And the title—1080 Kiss? I’ll let you read the book to see what that is all about!"

Reader Reviews for "1080 Kiss"
|Reviewed by Jean Pike
|Newly recovered from a broken heart, Morgan Price, the Public Relations dynamo, returns to her New York City office after a year's hiatus, determined to get back down to business. The last thing she needs is to get physically involved with another client, but when sexy pro snowboarder Vince Evans comes sailing into her life it seems inevitable. Against her better judgment Morgan takes him on as a client. As his career begins to take off, so does their tumultuous relationship...
I really enjoyed this book. The author has created a fast-paced and well layered plot peppered with interesting, likeable characters and love scenes to make the heart flutter. Her use of snappy, realistic dialogue and colorful situations make 1080 Kiss a fun and delightful book to read. I'll definitely be looking forward to more works by Ms. Angela Steed.
