My book is about the unnecessary suffering that I went through as a result of the events that occured in my life. As Buddha says; All suffering stems form attachment. I didn't realize it, but I had a preconceived idea about how life should be and what it should look like at the end of the day. I came to see that life has its own ebb and flow and that if I wanted to be happy, I must be willing to embrace life as it is, not how I thought it should be.

Excerpt

It is never too late to discover you life purpose and to know and accept that absolutely everything in your life is exactly where it ought to be. There are no mistakes and above all you are not a mistake!
