After reading “The Submissive Activity Book”, I was amazed at what a simple and well thought out tool this is for both beginner and long time submissives.
Being a real time sub for a little over three years now I was able to see what a wonderful help this would’ve been when I was first thinking of entering into a serious BDSM relationship. The exercises are straightforward and provide a lot of insight for a sub into what it takes to make a Dominant happy, as well as what he/she is willing to and needs to do from their end to make a lasting relationship a reality.
The interesting thing I found while reading the book was that the exercises also served to help me understand more about what it is to be truly submissive. While many of the exercises in the book have been done in one way or another by myself and my Mistress during our relationship, they have been done in our heads as the need arose and are not kept anywhere to be reviewed. This book makes it easy to keep a log of your relationship needs, priorities, etc. It will also serve as a lasting and easy way to help enter into the next relationship, if the need arises, as any perspective Dominant can see what type of submissive you are prior to moving forward. This will serve to eliminate many problems often found early in a BDSM relationship.
All in all, I found the book to be an excellent way for any submissive to get themselves organized and make sure they have concise, well thought out goals that they would like to achieve before going into a BDSM relationship as well as a reference guide to be used throughout your relationship.
