Decadence.
Why was he so irresistibly drawn to it? Oleg wrestled with his conscience over this constantly. He knew everyone had his or her own fetishes/
He knew that all relationships were based on control; on who had the upper hand. This was the very foundation of Sadism/ Masochism or S&M. For that very reason, he was drawn to it. For Oleg, the added fantasy element that the dominant submissive lifestyle offered, made making love to a woman so much more thrilling.

Riviting! Not for the shy, prudish or faint of heart. I am so used to reading completely different type of material I was caught off guard.
Mr. Lion's has an uncanny ability to make 'A Tangled Web' come to life as if you are right there in the room with Oleg or Emily.
It will either leave you feeling vulnerable or intrigued, perhaps both!

I being part of the SMBD world on a personal level have to say, Gregory Lions hit the mark with the dark side of the lifestyle and the reality of the predators that are not fairytales anymore. And in the same context shredded the falsehoods that ALL people in the SMBD world are sexual predators. Great insight and stimulating read into humanity. I can't wait to see what next will come out of Greg's writing!

Really out there and well done. "A Tangled Web," lives up to its title. The book had me going from the start. I got my copy in the mail a few days ago and read in in one evening.

Outta this world!! Mr. Lions takes me into a world I've never experienced....and don't think I care to, either. But to read about it? It's great. It gives me the chills. It scares me to death. It makes me wonder where people, such as Emily, really come from. Great piece, Greg. Keep it up!
