Book Title: GLOBAL EPIDEMIC THE FEAR THAT CRIPPLES --ISBN: 978-0-557-05536-4 is on stress and anxiety related disorders. Written in a manner that will be helpful to anyone even the loved ones of those who suffer. Hospitals are reporting a 420 percent increase in people showing up at emergency rooms in fear of a heart attack to only find out it is a anxiety attack. I think my timing was on. It however, will not be known unless you aid me in getting the word out. I have provided a couple of links you can send to your contacts on youtube and to your entire email address book. This way your contacts remain private to you and they will act as they see fit. I always respect you and your friends privacy.

Dr. Mark Taylors Books - Self Help

Excerpt

Today's society seems to accept this idea of multi-tasking as being normal. Not only normal but in many or rather most cases absolutely essential to our success as a business person in the 21st century . Author Ellen Ullman states in an Op-Ed piece to the New York Times, this skill (multi-tasking) "has become the hallmark of a successful citizen of the 21st century."

While the ability or expected ability to multi-task is beneficial, leading experts are finding it has equally many adverse effects, and pitfalls as well. Human beings simply are not machines, and it is judicious to proceed with caution considering these are areas that have never been explored, but are at the same time being imposed on society.
