Simple Depression Tips
Simple tips to manage depression and anxiety that are easy to incorporate into your life.
These tips have been developed from my own experience with depression. I have had great success with them, and use them all the time. They are not hard to learn, and once you have adapted them to suit yourself you will find that you consistently use them. They enable to control your mood, alter your thought process and allow you to refocus your mind.
Overt the past decade I have had four medically diagnosed periods of my life when I have suffered the ravaging effects of depression. On reflection I also believe that most of my teenage years were spent battling depression although at the time I did not realise this, and it certainly went undiagnosed during that time.
Whilst each diagnosis saw me taking antidepressants, I began to realise that I needed more than medication to help me.
