Through the power of focus and action the balance between emotions and desires can be attained. When you seek to have your emotions in alignment with your actions, values must be recognized in top priority. The first step is to clarify your values and desires, and what emotions you wish to feel. Focus first on your values, and secondly your emotions, and then your desired results.
If you seek balance, ask yourself and give yourself the answers for what you need to create balance and desireable emotions. Your clarity will open the way to your fulfillment. The following 10 questions and guidance can help your focus to create the balance you seek:

IDENTIFY WHAT YOU REALLY WANT

What do you really want in life, physically,
spiritually, mentally, and emotionally?

BE LOYAL & TRUE TO YOUR GOALS AND FAITH.

What are your limitations of time, resources, and conditions?
