The real and sincere, straight and uncut yet polished. This book examines the experiences of life and though it's degrees vary in the intensity of emotion for all of us, it is strange to none of us. Questions that may remain unanswered will have light shed on them at the very least perhaps. Challenge the mundane with the profound and read it.

"Gray Skies and Wet Earth"

Gray skies and wet earth.
Gray thoughts as mind gives birth.
To ideas that center around what exist between you me and others.
Impregnated with deception, supported by an anxiety that mothers.
The discontent, that was not meant, to alleviate what it suffers.
The happenstance, of circumstance, and what it may uncover
To refuse to lose to doubts about if our love is still assessing life.
As the pressure of reality tightents about my cranial girth.
It blends the boundaries of gray skies and wet earth.
But hope remains behind these eyes.
That can not believe the lies.
At what double-mindedness in it's constant tries.
To bring me down and make me realize.
That what lives always dies.
At time pleasure from pain seems so perverse.
When watching gray skies and wet earth.
To think of shared ties that hold and bind.
Wishing that the past would be so kind.
To overlook or be just blind.
To anything that it might find.
That would defeat our love during the test of time.
Am I alone in these thoughts of hurt,
That roam gray skies and wet earth.
Try as I might to reach out today,
To grasp a ray that may come my way.
Feeling like vulnerable sudden prey.
Eminent dismemberment while I lay.Of the wants and needs I hold so close.
Of the one Dream I have dreamt the most.
Shattered to fall all is worst,
When ishing for happiness under gray skies and wet earth.
I feel at times you will never know the need I've known for you.
Or appreciate the things that we have been through.
Having endured so much of variance between up and down,
Proving that during rough water love has not drowned.
It still endures the troubles that tax and pound.
In the time line continuum of this universe.
It goes on past gray skies and wet earth.
