A man who from all appearances seems to be a sketch artist, makes frequent voyages to the fishing communities and towns along the Aleutian Chain aboard the Alaska Marine Highway System Ferry Tustumena.  In fact, this quiet man is the creator of a meth drug route on behalf of one of the largest yakuza families in Japan.

The Captain, Crew and the State Troopers suspect the meth is being delivered by someone aboard the Tustumena.

Excerpt

Mr. Nakano purchased a “Green Car” ticket, expensive, but with more privacy for the two hour journey. Aboard the train, he rested his perpetually sore knee. Free of the despicable Kiichi Sugimoto, he calmed himself, confident he'd safely get to Misako's hospital room. That he was forced to stand next to that man in an open public area at the airport was yet another insult from his superior, his oyabun, Nishimoto.
