Theodocia McLean's book, 'Footprints In My Life Journey' is a 30-Day Bi-Polar Workbook designed to be used as a tool to accomplish daily tracking with as little or as much journaling as one desires. She gives enough examples and choices to check off each day, so that little journaling is necessary. Her desire is that the workbook will be used as a tool to track daily moods, goals, successes, regressions and track medicines and their side effects. She gives permission after the purchase of the workbook, for the user to save the bonus day at the end to copy and continue to use in a notebook. She hopes that the results of this daily tracking workbook will be shared on a regular basis with one's mental health providers.

About The Author:
Theodocia McLean was born on BealsIsland, in Downeast Maine, in 1954. She was adopted twice and she wasn't told her beautiful name until her sixteenth birthday! Theodocia dealt with the many traumas in her childhood from 1954-1977 that lead up to and caused the illness called "DID". She was unaware of how the many traumas had really affected her, as she had pushed everything way down deep in order to be the best wife and the best mother that she could figure out how to be. When her son was in high school she was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder. In 1996 she was diagnosed as having DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder which used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder). Theodocia McLean writes Footprints In My Life Journey: 30-Day Bi-Polar Workbook as a tool to help others who suffer with mood disorders.
