Mixing pleasure with business.

Miranda Croft works for a fashion magazine, but lacks the fashion sense.

Ryan Taylor is the playboy of the office.

When it is announced that a bachelor auction will take place to raise money for a Christmas charity, Miranda plans a strategy to get noticed and win over the man of her dreams. When another co-worker, Dan Bright, asks her out, he hampers her plans.

With both men entered in the bachelor auction, Miranda must choose. Or will she?

Rob tilted her chin upward and captured her lips. He parted them as her bachelor had done earlier and plunged his tongue deep inside.

Miranda moaned from the contact. She wished he wouldn't stop.

Rob pulled away and smiled. "We have a surprise for you after dinner."

She noticed the bulge in the front of his pants and knew he wanted her, too. Miranda took a sip of her wine and tried to digest this information. She waited until the waiter was out of earshot. She leaned forward and grabbed the hand across from hers. "Are the three of us going to have sex in the office?"

The man smiled at the question. "I don't kiss and tell. Why don't we enjoy our food, then I'll take you to the back room."

"Why in the back room?" She couldn't imagine why they would venture over there. The only office in the back was the manager's. Suddenly, a delicious thought entered her mind. She had a good feeling things might get interesting. "Are you and Rob friends?"

"Yes, he was my best friend in college. We've had lots of fun over the years."

Immersed in deep conversation, they savored the meal and the dessert that followed.

"This was a wonderful idea," she moaned. "I'm very satisfied."

"You are?" The dashing bachelor stood and held out a hand.

Miranda followed him onto an open dance floor. She placed her hand in his and wrapped the other around his waist. She let out a deep sigh.

"What's wrong, Miranda?"

"I thought you were going to take me to the room."

He threw his head back and laughed. "Are you eager?"

She pressed her body seductively against his. "Yes, I'm eager." A hand gently caressed her spine. She felt it move from the middle, then work its way down to her ass.

He stroked the soft flesh. "I'm turned on, too."

They danced to a couple of slow tunes. Their bodies moved in time with the music.

Even though Miranda works at a fashion magazine, she looks anything but the part. The one man she wants, the one man she craves most—Ryan Taylor—doesn’t see her for anything but a nice coworker and someone to talk to. When her boss announces that the magazine will be hosting a Christmas charity auction for all of the office bachelors, Miranda sees this as her opportunity to finally win Ryan Taylor. But when another coworker—Dan Bright—asks her out, she fears that he will ruin everything she is trying to accomplish. The thing is, now that it is the auction, and both men are entered in it, will Miranda actually make the decision to choose only one?

Office Antics was a pretty fast paced book at only a little over forty pages. Ms. Rouchelle’s characters were likable and the sex was hot. Even though Miranda doesn’t have good self-esteem, she makes up for it in the end. I don’t know how I feel about Ryan, although he seems like a hot man and sweet to Miranda, he is definitely the playboy of the office, sleeping with just about every woman he works with—all except Miranda that is. Dan is sweet and caring, actually wanting Miranda for who she is. I was pleasantly surprised by the ending, it took a real twist! If you are looking for a quick read with a sexy storyline, then this is the book for you.
