At three o'clock in the morning, the night is nearing dawn and home is just a few blocks away. Anybody else would be in bed by now, but no not you. You decided that a little time out with your friends would be all right. Then after saying your goodbyes and heading for home, you turn the corner and promptly walk into the trailing end of an 8,000 pound female Asian elephant, standing there minding her own business with ten of her elephantine friends, there are also some people you‟ve never seen before, and one lonely cop.
You have just stumbled into the land of America's Elephants.
