Suzanne C Suber
I Yearn For You My Sultan is an intimate mixture of exoticism and romantic fantasy that entertains the intensity of desire. The poems and stories contained are not based on facts, but rather on the sensual creativity of a writer who thrives on the romantic aspects of life. Stories that will carry you on a journey into the dynamics of the human experience, through the deeper meanings of their tale. The words will reach out to you, once the inner eye has found its way into the deeper realms, the worlds hidden in the subconscious mind.
S. C. Suber was born in the south of France, on the outskirts of Marseille. She has resided in Trieste, Italy and St. Louis,
Missouri, and now resides with her husband Estero, Florida.
Her interest in Eastern cultures started at a very early age from exotic family stories told from her grandfather Marius, who had joined the French Foreign Legion as a young man after having lost his true love to another, only to be reunited again years later; her Austrio-Italian father Giuseppe as a soldier in the Sahara; and her two French uncles Francis and Claude who spent time in Morocco and Algiers as French soldiers. Arabian themed films
inspired by stories such as “Scheherazade” from the Tales of a Thousand and One Nights, as well as rich Orientalist paintings were very much of interest during her growing years. As an adult she took belly-dancing classes with its mesmerizing music and colorful enhancements. A must see is The Sheik with Rudolph Valentino.
“Life is rich with stories yet to be shared.”
A heart so full of love to share
Her flesh so smooth, her breath as air
To her lovers touch her breasts she bares
She yearns for love a full heart shared
A sultan's prize this maiden fair
Tis a blessed man would share her lair
An Outstanding book! And author!
This is an excellent book! The poems and short stories were richly presented-erotic and sensual. I loved the illustrations! They were absolutely beautiful. Very well written and a joy to read.

This book reached out and awakens the very fibers of my heart and mixed with sensual longings of women for the touch of their sultans. Good reading with insense (oils of ancient times) and candles burning. Thanks, Suzanne for sharing your feelings.
Enjoyed every page of this book. It brings up feelings that most of us have but have a hard time putting into words. At times I stopped reading just to think about what I had just read. Very emotional and heartfely. It's a book that I can reread, like repeating a favorite story around a campfire.
