Excerpt
There once was a frog
Who lived in a log
Down by a watery creek
Along came a dog
Who saw the frogs log
And decided that he'd take a peek
But he wasn't aware
The frog was in there
When his nose blocke out the light
When the lights went out
The Frog screamed out
And gave the dog a realy bad fright
The frog thought 'Don't be a sook
Let's take a look
And see what plugged up my hole
Was it a possum, a wombet
A shoe, someones hat
A wallaby or maybe a mole
Then he saw the long body
And legs that looked ploddy
And a tail that looke like a noodle
So he had to ask of its type
And the dog replied with much hype
I'm a sausage dog crossed with a poodle
'I'm Felix the frog
And I live in that log
But what a strange looking dog you are.'
'That's a bit mean,
Look at you, you're green
Wally's my name, Ha Ha!'
Since then they've been good mates
Still still strong up to date
As if they were brother and brother
They play and have fun
They jump and they run
And look out, and after each other.
