It was a cold wet night when Lt. Colby got the call! The frantic caller on the other end was stammering "Hurry, Hurry! Get Down here; I think I know this guy! The caller identified himself as the night watchman at pier 3 down on the docks!
There was a continous rain when Colby and Sgt. Rolls got to the scene!
Colby stammered, "Holy shit! No wonder the watchmean thought he knew this guy! It's Senator Rolls! He's been all over the news the past several months for supposedly taking bribes from foreign oil interest!"
