I've been through quite a bit in this lifetime, and have gathered ways of helping myself through times of depression,divorce, raising 3 kids, drinking too much and becoming sober for over 20 years, going through a 12 step program and meetings for 4 1/2 years straight. saying good-bye to 3 kids, living with crohn's, etc. and I would like to share what I do to help myself feel better. books, mentors, and friends, meetings, as well as a God who was with me when others were not, all gave me the desire i needed to carry on, and not be carried out! if you find yourself in the same, or similar situation, maybe sharing my experiences will help you,
