Learning to recover from Rape, Incest, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence can be a tough road and very often a rough road. The key is learning first to love yourself and forgive yourself. You must remember that whatever form the abuse was- It Was Not Your Fault. In this workbook you will find exercises to help you on the road to loving yourself again. It is my sincerest hope that this workbook helps start you on your road to recovery. Remember this is your workbook and everything in it is private unless you decide to share it.
Work your way through the exercises at a pace that you are comfortable with. Some exercises will take some time to accomplish and that is not only alright but normal. This is your journey and your recovery; let your mind and heart have the time needed to heal.
