4/21/12 - Seems not a day goes by that we’re not reminded of our species’ bent on
destroying itself. “The U.N. is set to vote [today]on a plan to send 300 unarmed
observers to Syria where anti-government unrest has continued in spite of a week-old

Ebb and Tide of War
What is this silence of eruption?
This stifled resonance of tremors below?
Why goes here this swath of mutant paint oozing down the cheeks of
truth?
When will the quiet pain find the freedom to just be that which it longs to
be… peace?
