Along with peaceful sleep and current mind research, we can be helped with diseases associated with aging. We can also change our mind about life situations. A book and video called "The Secret" made its debut in 2006. It has become a national best-seller and was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show. The gist of the material is the law of attraction, which states that what we believe, we draw into our lives and that becomes our reality. We do not live in a perfect world.
" I have thought for much of my life that health is far more important than life itself. There are many approaches to living the healthy life but the key is DOING the essentials. Those seven essentials are clearly described in "Looking Up: Seven Steps for a Healthy & Youthful Midlife and Beyond. Now all you need is to DO THEM!"

"It is possible for you to grow younger- and Cynthia Olsen provides a remarkable amount of information for you to start the process right now."
I just finished reading Looking up, seven steps...and with all the information available out there on this subject I have never come across a book that is not only an easy read but also provides as an excellent resource to go back time and time and again. I feel it makes this book, unlike many others, not only valuable but practical to application as well. I learned a lot and will no doubt utilize the knowledge it holds as well as probably have to go back thru it to be reminded.
