Find myself thinking about the characters
Intwine tells the story of Juliette Greenmoss, a Burbank resident whose life is flipped upside-down when she falls in love with an interstellar rock-star prince named Seth. Think Twilight but with aliens. Moss proves herself to be a surprisingly adept storyteller. It's a girl meets boy; girl falls in love with boy; girl discovers boy is an alien; galactic intrigue ensues storyline. All the necessary plot points are hit at the perfect moments to keep a reader in suspense. Moss also excels at writing description. The world she creates is vibrant and easily pictured in the mind's eye. It's not uncommon for the two main characters, Seth and Juliette, to escape a dangerous situation, masterfully crafted and wonderfully painted . . . I couldn't stop reading no matter how hard I tried . . . I would always find myself thinking about the characters and wondering what was going to happen to them. As I mentioned, Moss crafts a beautiful story full of vivid descriptions and well-developed characters. If you've got a teenager at home who loves Twilight, or who loves to read in general, Intwine is probably a great new title to pick up for him or her. --Burbank Leader

I loved this book as much as the first
Insight is the continuation of Seth and Julie's story. Seth has gone back home for a few months, and Julie has to go back to high school. They keep in touch, but can't wait for the days to pass so they can see each other again for the Christmas holidays. Soon enough, Seth is back on Earth, and he and Julie have another grand adventure.

I absolutely refuse to spoil this story by giving too much away, so I will stop here. :)

My thoughts:

Wow! I loved this book as much as Intwine. Seth and Julie's relationship became more serious, and I liked the love and dedication that they have towards each other. I also really liked getting to know more about their day-to-day lives, and the people they interact with on their respective worlds.

I think that the descriptions of the alien cultures and advanced technologies were very well done and creative in Insight. All of it was well-explained, and it was interesting to read about.

There was lots of action and romance in this book, and some of the things that happened were nail-biting. I didn't know what would happen next, and that made reading the book more fun.

I hope book 3 - Incircle will be out soon. The sneak peek at the end of Insight was very attention grabbing, and I am anxious to see how it all turns out! - Christine D.

The best characters
When I finished reading the first book, "Intwine" I couldn't wait to get started on the second in the series. "Insight" ended up being a great continuation of the story that also has its own newness as new abilities appear and new problems come up. These are the best characters. Looking forward to the 3rd. - Andi
