This was the very first book that I had professional published while learning how the entire process works.
There are a few errors as to spelling & context; However it was done for a great cause & 15% of all sales during the year are donated by me to The Relay for Life in person each & every year.

My charity for this book project is Breast Cancer. During the promotion of this perticular book I set four stages for sales in which I donated 100% of it's prfit of sales to this great cause.
This represented the four stages of this terriable diease! Now & forever 15% of all total sales based from September to September is donated to The Relay For Life for Breast Cancer research to Dana Farber in Boston Ma.
In our Martial Arts training there is so much more than fighting & katas ... Its about helping those who can not help themself's!
