My New Favorite Author!
What I enjoy most about the writing style of author Randall Brooks is that he writes in such a way that the reader has to pay attention at all times, because he never insults the reader’s intelligence and spoon feeds them. No, he constantly keeps the reader on their toes, challenging them to question everything they read, not knowing exactly where they are in terms of the story, and just when you feel comfortable, BAM, he pulls the rug out from under you, and throws you completely off balance.
His stories are filled with constant twists and turns, and deep psychological insight into worlds so bizarre and twisted, and they always climax in such a shocking last-minute twist that just blows your mind!
And, he also creates some of the most interesting characters ever committed to fictional realms, some you love so much you miss them when the stories end, and some so vile and vicious, you enjoy the fates Brooks bestows upon them.
And that is some of the many reasons that Randall Brooks is my new favorite author, hands down.”
