A Walk Back in Time
An excellent complement to "The Kings Ransom". The author has taken great care to provide insite to her character developement as well as the in-depth research on real places. It is obvious by reading this why "The Kings Ransom" is a captivating read for any age and is well on its way to winning many literary awards. The "Behind the Scenes" book is filled with intrigue and teasers of its own. Who could have ever imagined the depth of commitment needed both physically and mentally to produce just one book. One can easily see why there will be many more to follow. It begins with great attention to the details as Ms. Carpinello has demonstrated here.

The King's Ransom
It's exciting to read the different types of materials writers produce when writing their novels. I especially enjoyed the tour of Wales. I would encourage readers to buy this book. It certainly adds to the reading of "The King's Ransom."

Behind the Scenes of The King's Ransom
Cheryl Carpinello is a gifted writer with a passion for the Arthurian legend. Reading this new work with behind the scenes information about how Young Knights came about is a fascinating look at the amount of time, thought, and work that goes into producing a book. Even though I was with Cheryl from the very beginning of both her books, I learned a lot from this glimpse into the background details of the plot, characters, and location of the story, which makes it even more exciting. Her creative discussion between the characters makes them come alive, and engages the reader in the characters' lives even before they begin Young Knights. Cheryl works very hard to instill a love of reading into young readers and to introduce them to this legend. This new work might just spark a whole new generation of King Arthur devotees!
