Monstrous people in the world have decided their only limitations are those self-imposed...until Government-sanctioned (?) SPECTRUM intervenes!
The assignment of righting the judicial wrong committed when Manley and his concubine Leatha Stromme were set free, was given to Major Ellard M. Cazman, a.k.a., The Caveman. Team members Jill Hensley and Anthony 'Tony' Lingett brought to the project their own, specific and unique skills. The final solution is reached through the telescopic sights and steady crosshairs held by the distaff member of SPECTRUM's relentless team. Only the virgin mountains and valleys hear then return echoes of the reports that silence forever-- The Silent Wave.

He managed a fully upright position and began in a strained voice, "Mister, Mister...ah, Adjudicator, I know I'm a little dense, but I didn't just fall with the last drop of rain. His back hurt too much to care whether or not he'd offended the fat man.
