The Wholly Book of Exodus is humorous adult literature that features adult language, situations and content. It is the companion book of Jay Dubya's The Wholly Book of Genesis that satires the entire first book of the Bible.
The Wholly Book of Exodus satirizes the Israelite' captivity in Egypt, the power struggles between Moses and Pharaoh, the Great Exodus from Egypt to Canaan and the parting of the Red Sea. Manna from Heaven, Moses receiving the Ten Commandments on Mt. Sinai and the construction of the Ark of the Covenant are also satirized. Mohammed Kareem Jihad, a young Arab terrorist discovers in a limestone cave ancient papyrus renditions of the Old Testament's Book of Genesis and Book of Exodus. He hurries into Jericho and shows his finds to Professor Phillip Collins, an expert on Genesis, and to Dr. Allen Qaeda, an authority on Exodus. The archeologists barter a carton of cigarettes, two hand grenades and a used AK-47 for the priceless documents. Phil Collins and Al Qaeda translate the newly discovered versions of Genesis and Exodus into the Wholly Book of Genesis and into the Wholly Book of Exodus. They determine that over half of the original texts had been edited out by ancient Hebrew' priests and scholars whose intent was to make the first two books of the Old Testament more moral and virtuous. Professor Phil Collins e-mails electronic copies of the translations to his nephew, author Jay Dubya. Several days later an errant Palestinian rocket hits the Jerusalem' home where Phil Collins and Al Qaeda had been conducting their meticulous research. Both archeologists were killed in the misguided missile's explosion along with the papyrus scrolls and the computer files in the senseless terrorist attack. The only remaining versions of the Wholly Book of Genesis and the Wholly Book of Exodus are the e-mail attachments in Jay Dubya's computer. Jay Dubya now presents to the world the unabridged translations of the Wholly Book of Genesis and the Wholly Book of Exodus. The Wholly Book of Exodus is adult humor featuring adult language, content and situations. The books are presently available at Mobipocket.com (type in Jay Dubya). Genesis and Exodus are also available at Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.co.de, Amazon.co.jp, at Barnes and Noble.com.
