The Season Of Beauty




I love the sights, smells,
and sounds of Autumn.
Each one having something
that it represents;
Something, that to some
would be insignificant,
but to me is a
distinct symbol of a
fascinating time of year.
Autumn.

The sight of a mountainside,
with it’s trees ablaze
in all their glory,
by the vibrant
colors of their leaves.

The smells of wood smoke
from a fire on a cool evening;
and the crispness
of a cold, Autumn morning.

The sound of leaves
crunching beneath my feet,
while I journey amidst
the breath-taking beauty
that God has granted us all.
Autumn.
