Information
Hi. I'm Bill Burgett, an old author. Alonso is right. Old age allows one to draw from a lifetime of experiences and relationships when putting pen to paper. A former veteran, business executive, and Lutheran minister, I have many experiences on which to draw as a novelist.
Retired, I live with my wife of many years in historic Central Virginia, and I have time to write. I write mysteries that challenge the reader's life assumptions.
Mark Garrison is my serial protagonist, and by cunning and, in some cases, sheer will, Mark resolves a new conflict in each of my books.
My fourth Mark Garrison novel, Death among the Cypress Knees, has just been released as an E-BOOK by Barnes and Noble, and is now available for purchase online or at your favorite book store, or by downloading to your e-reader.
