Capturing the mind of someone and holding their attention for a period of time, is a gift. My hope is that through reading what I write, I can encourage others to love the art of poetry and stories.
I am the mother of five children, three step children, and sixteen grandchildren. They are what bring my world the greatest joy and inspire my writing.
I have experienced the tragedy of divorce after thirty-three years of marriage, yet it has opened my eyes to the beauty of my soul and allowed me to be all I can be.

Accomplishments: Teresa is a world-renowned author and poet whose love for writing began in ninth grade. Her passion for storytelling has led to a rich and diverse body of published work across multiple genres. She has been featured in over 100 books worldwide, contributing poems, short stories, and articles to anthologies, literary collections, and major publications.
Teresa's work also appears in The Kentucky Rich Series by Fern Michaels (A Mother's Love), Voices USA (Speech and Drama), and The Secret Hiding Place (Three Angels), which is archived in the Library of Congress. Her poem Santa's wishes is included in America at the Millennium, also preserved in the Library of Congress.
She is the author of "MOMMAGOOSE2U" 21st Century Mother Goose New Stories and Nurturing Rhymes, a children's anthology currently being illustrated.
In addition to her literary career, Teresa has a professional background as a Systems Integrator, Insurance and Marketing Specialist, PSC Trainer, Insurance Specialist, and Project Manager at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital and the Heart and Vascular Institute of Texas, while pursuing theological studies, at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
With a career spinning both literature and professional industry, Teresa continues to inspire through her writing, poetry, and sharing stories that resonates with readers, around the world.
