Joy Pedersen is the founder of Express Success and Joy of Spirituality, where she supports individuals and entrepreneurs in clearing inner blocks, expanding awareness, and aligning with their highest potential.

Her work began in the entertainment industry, where she coached professionals in practical success strategies including mindset, clarity, and relationship based business growth. Through this work, she identified that many people continued to struggle despite using proven success tools. This led her to explore the deeper energetic and subconscious roots of limitation.

In 1986, Joy was trained in the updated ancient Hawaiian healing process of Ho’oponopono, which supports the release of karmic patterns and deeply held subconscious memory. She later developed intuitive perception and spiritual guidance abilities, which now complement her grounded coaching work. This integrated approach allows her clients to address both practical and unseen influences affecting their lives, relationships, health, and success.

Joy began receiving spiritual communications through automatic writing in the 1990s and later expanded into conscious spiritual transmission work in 2004. She is the author of Wisdom of the Guardian, received through communication with Archangel Michael, and she continues to share spiritual teachings, healing insights, and guidance through her writing and programs. 

She works with private clients and groups worldwide through remote sessions, live healing calls, and membership communities. Her work focuses on personal transformation, energetic clarity, conscious leadership, abundance alignment, and spiritual embodiment.
