Played keyboard in a Slovenian polka band in the 1970s--some of the best years of my life. Now plays keyboard in her local church.

I wrote an Insider's Report for Poet's Market 2000, published by Writer's Digest Books, which is available in Writer's Digest archives, as well as the feature article on The Top Three Misconceptions About Greeting Card Writing for ByLine, September 2002. My current article on submitting work to greeting card companies is included in Moira Allen's newest book through Allworth Press. I've been interviewed by Staples.com, The Christian Science Monitor, International Radio's Voice Of America, Tina Brown's Talk Magazine and Attache Magazine, the in-flight publication of US Air, to name a few.
