Some of the major influences in my life were Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Van Halen, you name it, I loved them all.But the  first time I saw Heart in concert, I knew I had to be a rock star when I grew up! The way Nancy Wilson jammed on her electric guitar, blew me away! I got my first guitar when I was fifteen, I am now 44, I didn't become a rock star, but I still play guitar to this day, and I have instilled the love of music in my children. Sometimes we spend hours singing and playing our guitars together, and  other various instruments we have around the house. I often refer to them as my "little rockers". One day when I was vacuuming the house, out of the blue, I started making up rhymes using different musical instrments, and characters after my children and their friends. By the end of the day, my first book was  written.Since then, I have written six more books in the series, and my house is as clean as a whistle!

My first book in The Little Rockers Club series has been published! It's official release date is June 2, 2009.It has inspires me to actually start a real Little Rockers club, where we will meet once a month to learn about musical insruments, play games,and other activities that will be involved with muscic,in a fun and creative way!
