As a child, my sister Theresa played a large part in stimulating my imagination.  As a mother, I homeschooled my children (five) and read to them everyday.  I have kept journals and have written poetry, but, until now I never really shared it with anyone.  I finally went back to school and received my G.E.D. in 1999, graduating top of my class, and offered a scholarship.  My highest scores in Literature and Writing.  We moved that year and I wasn't able to take advantage of the offer, although I highly appreciated it.  I have been given the opportunity to write for Examiner.com. and have thoroughly enjoyed it and have met quite a few people because of it.  I have written several stories and have read them to my grandchildren who encourage me with their eager, "Grandma, when are you going to make this a book?" Most recently publishing "Becky and The Bunnies".
