Time has told me that beauty graces the pages of the heart, that the spirit will glide in the light when true love is found, and new memories are made when the rainbow of another touches the heart !

I AM THE MOTHER OF TWO WONDERFUL SONS, TRAVIS, .... MY OLDEST, MY TRUIMPH, MY STRENGTH, MY HEART AND MY SOUL, IF NOT FOR YOUR DIGNITY, COURAGE AND POWER, I PROBABLY COULDN'T KEEP MY SANITY, I HAVE BEEN TRUELY BLEST TO HAVE YOU AS MY SON, YOU AMAZE ME IN MANY WAYS, MY HEART BEATS BECAUSE OF THE JOY YOU HAVE BROUGHT TO MY LIFE, I CHERISH YOU AND DEEPLY LOVE YOU IN EVERY HUMAN AND SPIRITUAL WAY POSSIBLE ! ! !
NATHAN, .... MY DIVINE GIFT, MY LIGHT, MY NEW LIFE TO WALK IN THE GARDEN OF GOD WITH, .... YOU ARE MY INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RAINBOW, YOU HAVE GREAT POWER TO SHOW A NEW WORLD TO THOSE AROUND YOU, I HAVE BEEN GREATLY BLEST TO BE YOUR MOTHER AND SEE THE WORLD THRU YOUR EYES, I CHERISH YOU AND DEEPLY LOVE YOU IN EVERY HUMAN AND SPIRITUAL WAY POSSIBLE ! ! !
My journey into writing prose begin at the early age of twelve, winning my first poetry contest for my poem " Just Because " , my love for the universe of words is the sweet yet sometimes painful chorus that travels as a vineyard thru time, my writings are graced with Love, happiness, great sorrows, unforgetable pains, suffering, true heartache, but most of all a gift to share with others, for I have traveled many roads, pathways, cross bridges, climbed mountains and hills, and I share with you my readers the most inner part of my soul, for thru life we all must experience happiness, love, saddess, pain, and sorrow, but thru all of this there is always hope, faith, grace, and dignity !

A Lovely Rose
In flight of day a lovely rose
Did speak by subtle sway
And stirred a heart so long lain dead
No flower could ever stay.
But embers did to fire aglow
And whispered soft affection
And bared a breast to open light
In trust and insurrection.
How to know the honest heart
Would blush the lovely rose?
A teardrop fell in shame and guilt,
No blush did it propose.
But only tender souls may touch
In magic born of heart
And dare to dream of times to come
When they're not far apart.
For all we have in life is Love,
To give, to share, enhance;
Would you deny ourselves
A hope? a prayer? a chance?
And so my honest heart does ask
In lines of rhyming prose
If I might share my love with you,
My sweet and lovely rose.
