I have a great passion for powerful and intriguing artistic expression, those special images that capture your heart and imagination and draw you in to the image, so I wish for everything to have meaning and impact.  It is endlessly fascinating how one image stands alone as a work of art, with some revealing exquisite surprises. Many times something not quite immediately evident on a conscious level will draw my eye, and only later upon closer examination is the mystery and magic revealed.  Intrigued by the many cultures of the world, with much travel and exploration, I find language fascinating. I am a professional photographer and a student of culture and linguistics. I enjoy exploring the earth, studying language, history, word origins, nature and culture, as well as many other subjects of interest. People truly fascinate me. I believe life is too brief to be confined to a routine way of life.
