I have a wonderful husband who supports me fully with my college endeavors. I am currently working on a novel as well, my first of what I hope to be many, with a friend of mine that lives in Texas. I love to write, read, and I really enjoy learning new things. My first and foremost passion is writing though and I hope to someday put my education to the test by going into business as an agent for other authors like myself.  I also enjoy singing in my spare time and have done a lot of karaoke over the years. I have three cats, Pooka (Calico), Alice (Maine Coon), and Serafina (Half Siamese), two Chihuahua's, Tinkerbell and Lobo, and an African Spur Tortoise named Alfaro and recently rehabilitated and  released a baby squirrel we called Chibi. As you can tell we are a family that loves pets. We pride ourselves on being rescuers and just can't seem to say no to those sweet faces.
