Jim Garcia - Parents pastored a church for over 40 years.  Graduated from International Bible College with a Th.B. in 1973.  1st published in "The International Yearbook" a publication reaching Latin America and the USA by a professor at Pan American University, circa 1978.  Worked in radio, then the phone company, retired City of San Antonio employee, co-pastored 2 churches in San Antonio, served on leadership team for men's ministry at Harvest Fellowship church (San Antonio).
