I have lived in Ireland during a period of war between the British and the Irish Republican Army. I have witnessed first hand, harrowing sights relating to the conflict. In my younger years I was brought up on the mountains and the green fields of Ireland was my play ground. I have been influenced by the  people and wildlife that were my life and my best friends. My object is to highlight the conflict in my country that caused death and injury to people I knew well.Certain friends that I had now lie in premature burial plots or who have flown the nest to live in far off lands.
