Every since I can remember I have had a love of words. The spelling, the sound of them rolling off of your tongue and the meaning. To be able to take them and put them together, to roll them around and marry them into a flavorful tale... that is my dream. Whether it be with simple poetry or the stories of my youth or an imaginative tale- what a gift, to have others find your recipe worthy of tasting! May each of you be truly blessed in all you seek to accomplish and be.  

As far as literary achievements there are none professionally awarded. My outlook is that every time I write, whether it be a short story, a poem, a quote, etc. THAT is an achievement! I write for myself. Not to impress another or to gain anything. The joy I find in putting words to paper is enough.

Other achievements are my wonderful children, I have four, and my Dirty Dozen...aka Grandchildren! I hold a license in Insurance with the amazing State of Texas and have received many certificates and acknowledgements through various organizations I have been involved in, including my church. God has allowed me to go on mission trips and see parts of the world I might never have seen otherwise. All in all... I am very blessed.
